1. Rental Price

All rental prices are based on a one-day shoot (24 hours), including pickup one day before the shoot date and return one day after the shoot date (within working hours). If you request pickup one day before and return one day after the shoot date, there will be no additional charge.

2. Goods Delivery

The owner will not provide goods delivery services. The goods must be picked up by the renter. However, if you require delivery services, we can make an arrangement based on the distance and a reasonable fee.

3. Booking and Security Deposit

A refundable booking and security deposit will be charged with the original purchase price upon application approval. For example, if the antique typewriter rental price is RM30 per day and the original purchase price is RM300, the renter will need to pay a refundable antique typewriter purchase price of RM300 plus the rental price per day of RM30, resulting in a total of RM330.

4. Payment

Full payment of the rental fee and the refundable booking and security deposit must be made in cash or bank transfer within one day of the pickup date. The rental fee will be deducted from the total paid amount, and the remaining booking and security deposit will be returned.

5. Late Payment

If the renter fails to return the goods within the specified return date (a day after the shoot, office hours), the renter will be charged an additional 30% of the original purchase price per day.

6. Modifications

No modifications to the goods, including repainting, will be made without the owner’s consent. We can make some modifications in advance based on the renter’s request.

7. Protection of Props

Please provide your own bubble wrap or boxes to protect the props. If you do not provide your own packaging, we will charge a safety packaging fee of RM10-50 (depending on the size) for the rental period.
